Having delivered complex, high-stakes projects for global brands like Ford, Volkswagen and Audi as well as government, military, law enforcement and latterly in the Flexible Energy space, his methodology is built on strategic precision, rigorous process, and tangible value. For Lee, a redundant building is a logistical and commercial challenge awaiting an elegant, deliverable solution.

Olivia applies the principles of elite sports psychology and her experience as a professional footballer to how we design for wellbeing. As a former WSL player with an MSc in Sports Psychology and the founder of a player mentoring business, LIVIN FOOTBALL (www.livinfootball.com), she understands profoundly how environment impacts performance, resilience, and community spirit. Her influence ensures our homes are crafted to nurture their occupants—prioritising natural light, connection, mental space, and sustainable living as the cornerstones of modern British life.
